The Judgement is made with prejudice as he was already indicted for denying the plaintiff the same 1st amendment right to conceal the checks & balances.

The dates are recorded with Bee the Human relations lady of Multi Seal where Terry told Tony & Scott I said I can't be terminated. I was taken into a room where I was to be intimidated for no reason. Another employee being James followed behind me after the maintenance foreman Tim told me to grease the hoppers. Tim asked had I finished of which I replied yes. James said no he hasn't as they obviously had plans to get rid of me. Tim showed me what I had missed as I did grease them but there were some in places I didn't know or couldn't see.
The intimidation appeared to stop by Tony & Terry but the Brothers Tim & Scott continued. Tim threw a pallet on my foot to injure me of which I informed Bee, HR the next day. Tim did not apologize until 5 minutes later which indicated it was on purpose. Having reported this to HR the next day what Tim had done Scott came to me 1 minute before quitting time to grease the mixers. I said no because this was an act to keep me subservient when I have a STATUS QUO socially with a net worth of 6.75 billion dollars owed by the treasury for the Judicial Branch imposing slavery so I'm only working there until there is coverage by the media so that government is held accountable. Scott reported this to HR as they planned to get me out of the job. Scott followed me & Tim followed me constantly which the other employees noticed they were riding me in full knowledge of my Status Quo which is also politically as I'm empowered by the constitution's checks & balances to prove the Judicial Branch is corrupt before a candid world as stated in the Declaration of Independence. Employees noticed Scott, James, & Tim were following me waiting for the opportunity to find something to write me up & get rid of me. I informed Bee in HR but they continued the harassment. I noticed a thermolator was leaking. They fixed it & I went to check the leak with my phone which has a light. Tim said I was taking pictures which was a lie. Then I thought that Tim & James took pictures of jobs with their phones so that was a lie to oppress me. I asked about Tim & Scott to other employees & before I said another word they said they were RACIST. This was the opinion of other employees of the Brothers Scott & Tim. Knowing they were following me I sat on the fork truck giving the appearance I was sleep by shutting my eyes & two minutes before quitting time I was taken to see Bee and suspended for three days for sleeping when what is really happening is they were looking for any excuse to get rid of me because the intimidation & harassment wasn't working. Gary, part owner was told & he referred me to HR to go through the proper channels which wasn't working so he is indicted with Tim & Scott.
This they were doing & allowed to do to the very person empowered to stop inequality, social injustice, & police brutality before a candid world. This is the cultural oppression of Black people in America. My Status Quo politically I'm empowered to do this with status quo meaning the existing state of affairs, ESPECIALLY REGARDING SOCIAL OR POLITICAL ISSUES. Because of my Status quo they had one thing to do, allow me to do my job & leave me alone. Because I said no he next had me cut the company grass. Another act to keep me subservient when reverting to the Maryland Doctrine of exclusion to keep me subservient for money and get rid of me if I refused as it's not part of preventive maintenance. To injure me I'm told to clean requiring mineral spirits which is damaging to me changing my DNA upon contact or breathing.
CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS
The Congressional Black Caucus is a political group of Black members who seek to be the voice for people of color & vulnerable communities. Chair Joyce Beatty, President Todd Valentine & Policy Director Darrel Doss were all called to inform Congress of the checks & balances which they are obligatory both morally & by law and they have said nothing since January 24, 2022.
