US SUPREME COURT MUST BE CHECKED FOR CORRUPTION

        The Constitution's checks & balances are a safeguard to guard the people's liberty against government powers. Checks & Balances prevent the unconstrained exercise of power, ensure mechanisms exist for preventing or penalizing unethical behavior. This is a Rule of power & NOT the RULE OF LAW. For that reason the checks & balances are required to ensure that no Branch will be so powerful that it can do whatever it wants to the people & get away with it. I, Veteran, Jesha Miller am empowered by the Checks & Balances which empowers the citizens.  President Donald Trump Breaks oath of office as the 45th President of the U.S. when petitioned using the Constitutions checks & balances. President Donald Trump therefore Illegally took office in violation of the 14th Amendment, Sec. 3.1 requiring termination . President Trump knowingly illegally took office needing 2/3 of both Houses to take away the disability. President Donald Trump has again evaded the checks & balances which he received February 24, 2025 breaking oath of office in violation of Article II, Sec. 3 - to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. The penalty for breaking oath of office is termination of tenure of office.
