PRESIDENT BIDEN BREACH OATH OF OFFICE, REFUSES DUTY, ARTICLE II, Sec. 3- Faithfully execute checks & balances, REQUIRES TERMINATION

        President Biden received the Petition checks & balances last February 9, 2021 and twice refused to honor the checks & balances supported by irrefutable evidence the U.S. Supreme Court imposed slavery prohibited by the 13th amendment & continued oppression owing 3.141 billion dollars for the imposed slavery by the U.S. Supreme Court. [ When the US Supreme Court commits an act against the law the entire Branch of government is corrupt in an appellate court system. ]                                                                                President Biden next received a Petition February 14, 2022 imposing obligation's pursuant to Article II, sec. 3 - to take care that the laws are faithfully executed which is his number one duty & again failed to acknowledge the checks & balances which are an essential part of the Constitution being absolutely necessary & EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to uphold the integrity of the Constitution. This requires the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption, abuse of power, continued oppression now owing 6.75 billion dollar, and organized crime by the U.S. Attorneys covering for crooked Judges violating rights.                             A month refusing to concede to the demands of the Constitution, President Biden violates Breach of Oath of Office requiring termination. The Petition below has evidence President Biden continually refused to publicly defend the Constitution's checks & balances requiring termination of tenure of office.                           President Biden ulterior motive was to cover - up corruption in the U.S. Supreme Court, continue oppression now owing 8. 095 billion dollars for continued oppression to Veteran Jesha Miller. This prevents the operation of the checks & balances which is obstruction of justice. Prevents inequality as Veteran Jesha Miller is empowered to stop police brutality, inequality, & social injustice.        Vice President Kamala Harris being President of Congress is ORDERED to ask the Senate Permission to address the Senate concerning the checks & balances which Congress is obligatory both morally & by law. The Petition below explains the Constitution enacted Federal Laws to provide penalties for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include removal from office, and confinement or fine. 

President Biden Breach of Office requires termination because he refused the

imposed obligation's pursuant to Article II, sec. 3 - to take care the laws are faithfully

Senator Todd Young was petitioned to take the checks & balances to the floor of the

Senate which he refused to do violating oath of office to uphold the Constitution, also 

the code of Ethics, being in conspiracy with Representative Larry Bucshon & Senator

Mike Braun they concealed the checks & balances from the public which is an act in

obstruction of justice, Criminal pursuant to Title 18 sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights
