President Joseph Biden violates his oath of office concealing the Constitution's checks & balances which are an essential part of the Constitution to check the Judicial Branch of government for corruption & abuse of power imposing slavery on Veteran Jesha Miller which is prohibited by the 13th & 14th amendment. The Petition filed in Federal Court now requires he execute his duty pursuant to Article II, sec 3 - to take care that the laws are executed. This is what he must do this Thursday, February 3, 2022 publicly honoring the checks & balances petitioned by Veteran Jesha Miller which is mandatory by law to uphold the integrity of the Constitution requiring the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption, abuse of power, oppression, and organized corruption as seen online at warningto.blogspot.com where US Attorney Josh Minkler covered for Federal Judge Richard Young by not filing charges for him denying the guaranteed First amendment Right to speech - press to conceal the checks & balances preventing the checks & balances which are mandatory by law requiring the Judicial Branch be checked to uphold the integrity.
The Judicial Branch owes Veteran Jesha Miller 6.75 billion dollars for imposed slavery prohibited by the 13th & 14th amendments which is an act against the law by the U.S. Supreme Court. That's dereliction of duty by former Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and John Paul Stevens who were to check the records & if true, immediately release the citizen from the illegal restraint. Vanderburgh County Judge David Kiely took Jesha Miller freedom by imposing an unconstitutionally impaneled jury which was all White. [ That's irrefutable evidence impossible to deny or disprove by the trial transcripts seen online at apcalledtoexposecorruption.blogspot.com ] The Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen refused to disburse what was then 3.141 billion dollars and due to continued oppression it is now 6.75 billion dollars as she had no intentions to pay. That is a criminal act pursuant to Title 18 sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress which is what she did. Oppress meaning keep someone in subservience and hardship, ESPECIALLY by the unjust exercise of authority. My status quo socially is a net worth of 6.75 billion dollars and her actions imposed me to poverty being homeless and without money my physical condition was rendered to diabetes. Oppression of a people requires immediate restitution. This is intentional as she refused giving a date to disburse the money several times or even allowed in the building when I was at Washing D.C. [ President Biden must now ORDER the money disbursed this February 3, 2022 and the Treasury disburse it Friday, February 4, 2022. Refusal by the President requires impeachment acting in defiance of the Constitution. Congress must hold him accountable for his duty pursuant to Article II, sec. 3 - to take care that the Laws are faithfully executed. Below is the Petition.
When you include the US AG Merrick Garland with FBI Director Christopher Wray and the U.S. Supreme Court this is the Entire Judicial Branch which is corrupt and why President Joseph Biden concealed the checks & balances and oppress me when the Treasury owes 6.75 billion dollars this is unprecedented.
