The 1st amendment guarantees the right to freedom of speech - press that enables every citizen at any time to bring the government and any person in authority to the bar of public opinion by any just criticism upon their conduct in the exercise of authority which the people have conferred upon them. [ The evils to be prevented were not the censorship of the press merely, but ANY ACTION of the government by means of which it might prevent such free and general discussion of public matters as seams absolutely essential to prepare the people for an intelligent exercise of their rights as citizens. ]
This is my 1st amendment right to speech - press making it mandatory to inform the public of the Constitution's checks & balances petitioned when the entire Branch of government is corrupt. The Petitioner of the checks & balances is Veteran Jesha Miller having evidence the entire Judicial Branch is corrupt & must be checked for corruption & abuse of power & continued oppression. The checks & balances are an ESSENTIAL part of the Constitution, ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to secure the rights of we the people. This prepares the people for an intelligent exercise of their rights as citizens because the Constitution checks & balances EMPOWER the citizen to uphold the integrity of the Constitution giving authority to GIVE ORDERS, ENFORCE OBEDIENCE, & MAKE DECISIONS.
This is just criticism upon their CONDUCT because the President & all Congress are OBLIGATORY both morally & by law. The magnitude is Joe Biden cannot be President of the United States for REFUSING TO UPHOLD THE INTEGRITY OF THE CONSTITUTION. [ President Joe Biden took oath of office to preserve, protect & defend the Constitution. The checks & balances are an essential part of the Constitution meaning absolutely necessary, EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. He received this February 9, 2021 and has concealed the Judicial Branch corruption from the public. Secretary of the Treasury - Janet Yellen refused to disburse money owed by the rule of law which is now 6.75 billion dollars. US Attorney General Merrick Garland, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, FBI Director Christopher Wray & Assistant Director of the Washington Field Office - Steven D' Antuono all have concealed the checks & balances so they are a quieter version of President Trump but corrupt, none the less. policebrutalitysolution.blogspot.com affirms it to be fact that all have concealed the checks & balances continuing White Supremacy, now criminal acts under Title 18 sec. 241, 242, 243, & 1001.
For that reason the Constitution Empowers the citizen to uphold the integrity of the Constitution to be proven before a candid World as stated by the Declaration of Independence.
It's Showtime, the entire Judicial Branch corruption & abuse of power & oppression is of public concern. The checks & balances benefit the people to secure the guaranteed rights, they uphold the integrity, they hold officials accountable, & the scales of justice are therefore balanced. This benefits even the future generation as I'm empowered to stop police brutality, inequality, & social injustice. The Framers of the Constitution empowered the citizens when officials become corrupt & it's SHOW TIME.

The 1st amendment Transparency is intended to see what government is doing & in this case they are Preventing the checks & balances by concealing them from the public. All MEDIA refusing to make this National News will be arrested with the OWNERS allowing their personnel to commit such criminal acts under Title 18 sec. 1001 concealing government corruption, oppression, & abuse of power. That means they in cahoots with them colluding or conspiring together secretly.
