This is mandatory by law, this is a fundamental part of the Constitution that takes precedence over all matters & this is what Congress is evading that stops Police Brutality, stops social injustice, & stops inequality. Reference to power by the US Constitution checks and balances the Supreme Law of the land of which I’m empowered by being the Petitioner. The checks and balances are petitioned when an entire Branch of government is corrupt. Normally one Branch would check the other Branch but in this case neither the Executive, Legislative, or Judicial Branch would check the other to conceal government oppression and abuse of power. In such circumstance the citizen is empowered to hold Congress accountable for neglecting the constitution checks and balances and the Judicial Branch must be checked for corruption and abuse of power. Without the Judicial Branch being checked, there is no integrity. This they cannot evade and must be held accountable for neglecting the checks and balances. This is an essential part of the constitution, essential meaning absolutely necessary and extremely important. The Sheriff must execute all process directed at him by legal authority. I’m empowered by the constitution checks and balances, legal authority by the Supreme Law of the land. The checks and balances are a fundamental part of the constitution to uphold the integrity of the constitution requiring the Judicial Branch be checked and as you read, this is crucial because without law enforcement, these officials committing criminal acts under Title 18 are not held accountable. As you read the indictments filed in Federal Court, it is your duty to execute and serve the warrants for their arrest. 

     The magnitude is, this is what Watergate was, the checks and balances requiring the executive office be checked for abuse of power. The Vanderburgh Sheriff’s office will indict some media who concealed this from the public. ( I’m empowered to stop police brutality and the media concealed this from the public. This is the solution to public protest worldwide and the media concealed this from the public violating the people’s right to freedom of the press. This is prohibited because it’s a guaranteed right. The magnitude is the reason it’s guaranteed is it’s a safeguard to the Constitution and Democracy by exposing corrupt officials, then the 1st amendment states this is an evil. The media cannot prevent it by censorship and neither can government in any manner. Those involved in concealing this from the public must be arrested so serve the warrants for their arrest. 

      The Judges denied freedom of the press to conceal their own abuse of power so arrest the Judges who were in cahoots to not be held accountable for criminal acts online at thefbiwray.blogspot.com which the Judges and FBI Director Christopher Wray concealed the checks and balances from the public.

                  under the 14th Amendment to the Constitution U.S.C.A., that in the selection of
                  jurors to pass on his life. liberty, or property, there shall (meaning must) be no
                  exclusion of his race & no discrimination against them because of their color.

                    Judge David Kiely fails to perform his constitutional duty- recognized by sec. 4 of
                   the Civil Rights Act of March 1, 1875.. Not to pursue a conduct in the administration of their
                  office which would operate to discriminate in the selection of jurors on racial grounds.

Judge David Kiely overruled both the State & Federal Constitutions right to trial

by a fair & impartial jury as well as the 14th amendment right to due process.
