PRESIDENT TRUMP BREAKS OATH REQUIRING TERMINATION

 President Donald Trump for the second time has refused to address the Constitution checks & balances breaking oath of office which requires termination of tenure of office. This violates Article II, sec. 3 - to take care the LAW IS FAITHFULLY EXECUTED. This includes a PUBLIC DOCKET Filed for when he was the 45th President refused to honor the Constitution checks and balances which are an OFFICIAL ORDER MANDATE GOVERNMENT BE CHECKED FOR CORRUPTION. Remember he took oath to uphold the Constitution so these acts are in defiance of the Constitution. What’s the penalty for breaking oath of office?? Removal from office.

   The US AG PAMELA BONDI has been petitioned to enforce the rule of law in which she has refused by concealing the checks and balances. Pamela Bondi has a duty to ENFORCE THE RULE OF LAW OF WHICH SHE REFUSED after being petitioned breaking oath to uphold the Constitution also requires termination of tenure of office. 

     The FBI Director Kash Patel has a duty to ENFORCE CIVIL RIGHTS OF WHICH HE REFUSED TO ENFORCE Allowing continued oppression in violation of Title 18 sec. 241 - CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS AND OPPRESS, Title 18 sec. 1001 - concealment, and Title 18 sec. 1503 obstruction of justice. 

    The US SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY SCOTT BESSENT refused to disburse 13.3 Billion dollars for the US SUPREME COURT IMPOSING SLAVERY PROHIBITED BY THE 13TH AMENDMENT ABOLISHING SLAVERY. This again violates Title 18 sec. 241-conspiracy against rights and oppress. The US SUPREME COURT VIOLATES ARTICLE I, sec. 9 - powers denied government- Habeas Corpus. This is to secure the citizens right to freedom when held in violation of the Constitution and Laws of the United States.

     Representative Alexander Burton has been petitioned to take a petition to the floor of the Indiana House and refused having received the petition May 14, 2025 which was over 2 months ago. In addition there is a charge of kidnapping by the State of Indiana in order to shut me up they locked me on false charges. All this and Representative Alexander Burton refuses to go public when he is obligated both morally and by law remembering the checks and balances are an Official Order Mandate government be checked for corruption. Alexis Watts being the Indiana Black Legislative Caucus received the documents June 28, 2025 of which neither has went public concealing criminal acts. 

     Include Senators Todd Young & Mark Messmer whom both have refused to take petitions to the floor of the House and Senate and all are in conspiracy against rights. Included are former Representatives Larry Bucshon and former Senator Mike Braun whom is now the Governor of Indiana which violates the 14th Amendment having previously acted in defiance of the Constitution. The SYSTEM IS RIGGED SO OFFICIALS ARE NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE. The checks and balances secure the rights of the citizens.

     This justifies 50 States, 50 protests demanding the Constitution checks and balances. As their leader both President Donald Trump and Congress must immediately address the Constitution checks and balances which take precedence over all matters. This is an EVENT TO BE PROVEN BEFORE A CANDID WORLD.
