US SUPREME COURT MUST BE CHECKED FOR CORRUPTION

        The Constitution's checks & balances are a safeguard to guard the people's liberty against government powers. Checks & Balances prevent the unconstrained exercise of power, ensure mechanisms exist for preventing or penalizing unethical behavior. This is a Rule of power & NOT the RULE OF LAW. For that reason the checks & balances are required to ensure that no Branch will be so powerful that it can do whatever it wants to the people & get away with it. I, Veteran, Jesha Miller am empowered by the Checks & Balances which empowers the citizens. I have a Status Quo both politically being the petitioner of the Constitution's checks & balances & socially having a Net Worth of 13.3 Billion dollars owed immediately for the US Supreme Court violating Article I, Sec. 9 - Powers Denied Government - Habeas Corpus.

       The system is rigged with no deterrents to hold officials accountable. The Civil Rights no longer exist because the US AG Pamela Bondi took oath to uphold the Constitution but when Petitioned has violated the oath of office refusing to faithfully discharge the Duties of the office. The mission statement is ENFORCE FEDERAL LAWS & Protect Civil Rights which Pamela Bondi refused to do. Imagine they media fails to hold them powerful accountable, expose corruption, & violate the First Amendment which enables every citizens at any time to bring the government & any person in authority to the bar of public opinion by any just criticism upon their conduct in the exercise of authority. Then you got Rights Denied Under Color of Law by Federal Judge Matthew P. Broookman denying the GUARANTEED 1st Amendment to prevent the Constitution's checks & balances which are an official order mandate the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption. The FBI are to ENFORCE Federal Laws one of which is to DISBURSE 13.3 Billion dollars immediately to Veteran Jesha Miller, For the US Supreme Court imposing slavery in violation of Article I, Sec. 9 - Powers Denied Government. US AG Pamela Bondi aids President Trump by NOT ENFORCING THE 14th Amendment, Sec. 3.1 - where President Trump illegally takes office having previously breached oath of office as the 45th President refusing to uphold the Constitution's checks & balances to allow corruption. This includes the Congressional Black Caucus, & the NAACP President Derrick Johnson concealing the checks & balances in conspiracy against our rights rather than secure those rights. The FBI Public Integrity Section Chief Corey Amundson who are charged with combating political corruption at all levels of government. Then there are Representatives & Senators refusing to take the Constitution's checks & balances to the floor of the House & Senate & Alex Burton refusing to take the competition to the Floor of the Indiana General Assembly. That's taxation without representation so the Treasury need DISBURSE the 13.3 Billion in full, no taxes. Now the US Supreme Court must be checked for corruption by the Rule of law. An Official Order Mandate the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption. Mandate means an OFFICIAL ORDER or Commission which I am empowered to do. Did I fail to mention the FBI Deputy John Keller also refused to hold Speaker Mike Johnson, Kakeem Jeffries, Jasmine Crockett, Senators Todd Young, & President Joe Biden accountable in conspiracy against rights. Then there's Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett concealing the checks & balances & Kidnapping of Jesha Miller to shut me up. That's criminal pursuant to Title 18 Sec. 241 - Conspiracy against Rights & oppress.
