PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP IMPEACHMENT BREAKING OATH OF OFFICE

 President Donald Trump Breaks oath of office as the 45th President of the U.S. when petitioned using the Constitutions checks & balances. President Donald Trump therefore Illegally took office in violation of the 14th Amendment, Sec. 3.1 requiring termination. President Trump knowingly illegally took office needing 2/3 of both Houses to take away the disability. President Donald Trump has again evaded the checks & balances which he received February 24, 2025 breaking oath of office in violation of Article II, Sec. 3 - to take care that the laws are faithfully executed. The penalty for breaking oath of office is termination of tenure of office. The code of ethics requires all government personal: Uphold the Constitution, laws, & Legal regulations of the U.S. & all governments therein & NEVER BE A PARTY TO THEIR EVASION. [ This is the second ( 2 ) time he has evaded the Constitution's checks & balances which are an OFFICIAL ORDER MANDATE the Judicial Branch be checked for corruption. ] Three Strikes & Donald Trump is out of office. The media are to hold the powerful accountable. The 1st Amendment gives me National coverage as guaranteed. The FBI are to hold the Courts accountable for color of law violations which FBI Director Kash Patel has NOT DONE concealing criminal acts pursuant to Title 18 Sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress. Title 18 Sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress, and Title 18 Sec. 242 - Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law are made to protect the Rights of Black people. The US Treasury immediately owes Veteran Jesha Miller 13.3 Billion Dollars for continued oppression to conceal the US Supreme Court imposed slavery in violation of the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery.

       President Donald Trump's Cabinet also breached oath of office by the US AG Pamela Bondi refusing to enforce the Rule of law, DISBURSE 13.3 Billion dollars to Veteran Jesha Miller for the US Supreme Court violating Article I, Sec. 9 - Powers Denied Government. Pamela Bondi loyalty lies with President Donald Trump who appointed her & NOT THE CONSTITUTION.

      FBI Director Kash Patel refused to protect the civil rights Veteran Jesha Miller which is in defiance of the mission statement to protect civil rights. Code of Ethics require Kash Patel expose corruption wherever discovered. They all are to Uphold these principles, ever conscious that public office is a public trust. Violation of Title 18 Sec. 241 - conspiracy against rights & oppress immediately owing 13.3 Billion Dollars.

       Federal Judge Matthew P. Brookman denied the guaranteed 1st amendment to conceal the Constitution's checks & balances which are an Official Order Mandate Government be checked for corruption denying rights under color of law pursuant to Title 18 Sec. 242. This is a government Cover Up.

       Representative Mark Messmer, Senator Todd Young, Indiana Representative Alexander Burton, Yvette Clark of the Congressional Black Caucus Chair, Steven Horsford, & Joyce Beatty all have concealed the checks & balances which are mandatory by law.        US Special Attorney Jack Smith concealed from the public that Donald Trump as the 45th President breached oath of office therefore being ineligible to run as the 47th President refusing to honor the Constitution's checks & balances which are an Official Order Mandate government be checked for corruption. Criminal under Title 18 Sec. 241 - Conspiracy against Rights & oppress owing 13.3 Billion Dollars for the US Supreme Court Imposing Slavery.

President Donald Trump & his Cabinet are held accountable for violation
of High crimes & misdemeanors" refers to serious offenses by public officials 
that can lead to impeachment, including actual crimes & abuses of power, 
corruption, or conduct incompatible with public trust.
President Donald Trump illegally took office having previously breached
oath of office as the 45th President which was concealed from the public by

There is a PUBLIC DOCKET with President Trumps name on it which
the Court fails to give a date which affirms the entire Judicial Branch is 
corrupt. FBI Director Kash Patel refused to protect Civil Rights which is a
mission statement. This is in defiance of the Constitution violating rights under
color of law under Title 18 Sec. 242. All three ( 3 ) Branches have USURPED
the Constitution's checks & balances. The system is rigged.
Secretary of the Treasury - Scott Bessent continued oppression refusing to 
DISBURSE 13. 3 Billion Dollars for the US Supreme Court imposing 
Slavery prohibited by the 13th Amendment abolishing slavery. Criminal Act
under Title 18 Sec. 241 - Conspiracy against rights & oppress. Title 18 Sec.
1001, concealment.
It's a Government COVER UP when no officials will inform the public of 
the Constitution's checks & balances which are mandatory by law. To
SHUT ME UP I WAS KIDNAPPED.
US Supreme Court Justice was petitioned for the Constitution's checks &
balances, to go public, & acted in defiance of the Constitution concealing
the Criminal Act under Title 18 Sec. 1001 - concealment. This means the
US Supreme Court is corrupt making the entire Branch of government
corrupt in an appellate Court SYSTEM.
Then CBS Co- President Wendy McMahon & Neeraj Khemlani
concealed government corruption. Journalism is a watchdog for the public 
interest, ensuring those in power are held accountable. there must be 
transparency to see what the government is doing. Local media chanels
25 & 44 said they were not going to give me a platform to expose government
corruption.
Yvette Clark - Congressional Black Caucus Chair Person has concealed the
checks & balances supposedly to be the Conscious of Congress has 
concealed this from the public. The FBI Public Integrity Section being charged
with upholding the integrity of the Constitution have concealed the checks & 
balances so there is no deterrent to stop corruption. You wonder why 
President Trump does whatever he want???? There are no deterrents !!!!
There is therefore a transfer of power to the people which officials don't want
the citizens how to come to power.
The government has continued oppression has reached 13. 3 Billion Dollars &
counting. I have a STATUS QUO socially with a net worth of 13.3 Billion
Dollars & politically am empowered to STOP Inequality, social injustice &
police brutality. 
The Federal Court tries to take away my CIVIL RIGHTS for the next 3
years while President Trump is in office so his ILLEGALLY TAKING
OFFICE IS CONCEALED FROM THE PUBLIC & HE IS NOT HELD
ACCOUNTABLE.
