 President Joe Biden is concealing the checks & balances, a criminal act under Title 18 sec. 1001 this means the entire Judicial Branch is corrupt. Secretary of the Treasurng they Janet Yellen refuses to pay Veteran Jesha Miller an unprecedented 6.75 billion dollars for continued oppression. US Attorney General Merrick Garland also is concealing the checks & balances allowing President Biden to run a corrupt government. SHUT THE COURTS DOWN. This is soup warmed over, President Biden is eryevading the checks & balances like President Trump did which by law requires the Judicial Branch be checked. The US Supreme Court imposed slavery prohibited by the 13th & 14th amendments. I'm empowered by the checks & balances to stop police brutality, inequality, & social injustice. I have a Status Quo socially with a net worth of 6.75 billion dollars which is being concealed by the media because I'm a Black Veteran. That's the Racism & Discrimination in government by officials in defiance of the Constitution. For that reason it empowers the citizen to uphold the integrity of the Constitution. I'm in as the Petitionerer all matters of the Constitution's checks & balances. I'm empowered by the Supreme Law of the land which if the President Biden refuses to acknowledge requires his impeachment. He took oath of office to protect, preserve, and defend the Constitution of which he received February 9, 2021, four (4) months ago when this takes precedence over all matters. He cannot run a corrupt government. He must disburse 6.75 billion dollars to Veteran Jesha Miller owed by the rule of law. This violates human rights & a criminal act under Title 18 sec. 241 - conspiracy to deny rights & oppress. Oppress meaning to keep someone in subservience & hardship, especially by the unjust exercise of authority.
